Warranty Coverage

Aniwow provides comprehensive warranty coverage for our products. All bicycles purchased through official channels are covered by the following warranty terms:
For core frame components – including the main frame, fork, and rear triangle – we offer a 7-year unlimited mileage warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing or material defects.
Non-wear components such as folding mechanism bolts, seat posts, handlebars, brake calipers, shifters, chainrings, cranksets, bottom brackets, and cassettes are covered by a 1-year warranty. We fully understand that certain wear components (including tires, brake levers, grips, chains, spokes, and pedals) will naturally deteriorate with regular use, and we sincerely regret that these items cannot be included in our warranty coverage.
Aniwow reserves final interpretation rights for all warranty terms.

Exclusions from Warranty

Damage caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, or lack of maintenance.
Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, brake pads, chains, and cables.
Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized service providers.
Use of non-Aniwow parts or accessories that affect the bicycle’s performance.

After-Sales Service

Aniwow provides repair and maintenance services through its authorized dealers and service centers worldwide.
Customers are encouraged to use Original Aniwow parts and accessories to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Labor costs for repairs may not be covered under the warranty and are subject to local service center policies.


Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact an authorized Aniwow dealer or service center.
The bicycle may need to be inspected by Aniwow or its representatives to determine eligibility for warranty coverage.

International Warranty

The warranty is valid internationally, but service availability may vary by region. Customers traveling abroad should contact local authorized dealers for assistance.

Limitation of Liability

Aniwow’s liability under the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts.
The company is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
