Warranty Coverage
Aniwow offers a limited warranty on its bicycles, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period (typically 7 years for the main frame and fork, and 2 years for other components).The warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.
Exclusions from Warranty
Damage caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, or lack of maintenance. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, brake pads, chains, and cables. Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized service providers. Use of non-Aniwow parts or accessories that affect the bicycle’s performance.
After-Sales Service
Aniwow provides repair and maintenance services through its authorized dealers and service centers worldwide. Customers are encouraged to use Original Aniwow parts and accessories to ensure optimal performance and safety. Labor costs for repairs may not be covered under the warranty and are subject to local service center policies.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact an authorized Aniwow dealer or service center. The bicycle may need to be inspected by Aniwow or its representatives to determine eligibility for warranty coverage.
